Foods, hmmnn.... yummy! I love foods, and I don't mind being on the kitchen too, cooking. Sometimes I would even invent some twist on some Asian recipes. I also like looking and reading some other countries recipes trying to find one that I could try myself.

And if love to cook and is thinking about going to culinary art schools , it's your choice. But here's some signs that I have make that cooking could be really my hobby, and yours:

1. You loves to cook, of course, the number one sign.

2. You got the passion for cooking. You don't mind whether its you who cook everyday. ^.^

3. You keep a lot of different recipes from country soups, to desserts, salads, poultries, meats, etc. And you would flip on each pages finding which one you will try for the day.

4. You would instead watch recipe channels rather than movie channels, and you would jot done each new recipe that you see.

5. Your kitchen has all the equipments and sets of pans and other items use in cooking different recipes, (means you really loves to cook.)

6. You like to experiment recipes, and ingredients, hoping to create your very own recipe.

These are all the signs that I could think off right now, but if all of these matches you, then culinary art schools could be waiting for you. You could gather information from your friends, or family members who's already into culinary. And you could use the internet to search for information/culinary school directories  about the best choices for culinary art schools  around USA where you can go to for your training.

Last month, my mom's former co-worker and our room renter called up that she would drop by and visit San Diego. She also would need to get her mails pick up since she haven't done her change of address yet.

We didn't have any problem with her since she was really nice and she knows how to get along with us well. And we want to see her too and see how things are going with her new found love. I also had account on both sites so we had added each others account on both sites. We know the story of her looking for the right guy. And now that she found a love, we all hope that this is it, the right one for her.

Why does diamonds are the most favorite of all stones amongst ladies? I don't really know why either. And there's a saying that " Diamonds are girls bestfriend. " Maybe we girls feel so much importance and love when being given a diamond as a present from a sweetheart.

Last week, I went to the mall with my younger brother to accompany him to search for a perfect gift for his gf. There's lots of bracelets to choose from, ranging from around $20 to $100's, and the higher prices are made of diamonds. Fine Jewelry are displayed from earings, to bracelets, and necklace with lockets, I've even fall in love with a beautiful heart shape locket and I suggest him to buy it for her but he said she doesn't like necklace.

Then he decided to buy ring instead and we visited stores after stores. The pricey ones won't fit his budget so he'd just decided to buy the first ring we saw on the first store we visited. Engagement Rings ?  Hmnn.... I'm thinking are those rings just gifts? or are those engagement rings?! I don't know yet but time will tell. And what he bought was a beautiful ring I suggested. I'm sure she liked it.

He could also have search beautiful rings online and for sure he would find a great online store, but he said he wants to go to the mall and he wants to stroll around.

Maybe one of the most few unwanted things that patients had to deal with during their hospital visits, is when ask to take off pants, or clothes to be examined. If some specific test requires for your back, or chest to be examined, you have to take off your clothes and of course, that would make patients uncomfortable. The same thing, when you are wearing a trouser, and your knee or your legs has to be examined and you have to take it off for the physician to take a look on the problem and to do an examination.

Chatrooms, I remember I used to log in to Yahoo Messenger before and it's the first thing I do everytime I sit in front of the computer. I also had made friends online from Philippine chatroom on Luzon 15, and it's really fun! Those are the regular people on that chatroom. We know where its others from, location, view its other on the webcam and we have even add each other on each others Friendster account. I really got addicted on chatting, as I said, it is fun! ^.^

Also I have noticed that websites with installed chatrooms seems to have more visitors coming. Maybe that's why forums also chooses to put chatrooms on them.

Calling cards, I remember back then when I was new here, and whenever where going to Seafood City Store I would always grab one or two phone cards. That was back then.

Its been 4 years now when I arrived here on California. That was March of 2004, I was 19. I came from Philippines, and yes, there was a lot of homesickness. I feel like all of a sudden I was on a different place, on a new planet.

For me, there are times that there's this deafening silence. I lost all my textmates, I don't have friends. What I missed a lot is hearing my cellphone beeping, alerting me of new text messages or missed calls from my friends and textmates. And I have a lot of stories I wanna tell for my bestfriends about this new place.

I started buying phone cards the first time my mom went to Seafood City with me. I used it to call my bestfriend and my cousin back in the Philippines and that's almost an hour. I wanna try almost all of the new phone cards that I can see on the store, to see which one's minute will last longer. Sometimes I got the right one and sometimes I don't, but what matters for me was to have someone to talk to. And it's really like there just near me, its eases my homesickness.

And now this is my 4th year here on CA. I don't missed them that much now. I have adjusted now, but still, I still keep one or two Philippine phone cards just in case I need to call my friends, or relatives back there. And yes, it is a wise idea because there are times that we (our family) would recieved text messages from relatives and we would need to call them. And every time that happens we would just pull that phone card from its hiding place and use it to connect us to them.

I wonder what would be its like about 20 to 30 more years from now? Sometimes we had talked about how technology had advanced so far. I had even made a joke that maybe in some few more years its going to be like on sci-fi movies with robots, flying cars, more machines.
